SolarEdge falls after TD Cowen downgrades to 'hold', cuts PT
** Shares of solar inverter maker SolarEdge Technologies SEDG.O down ~3% at $16.80 premarket
** TD Cowen downgrades co to "hold" from "buy", cuts price target to $16 from $35
** New price target represents a 8% downside to the stock's last close
** Brokerage says that they are downgrading SEDG on deteriorating demand in Europe which could delay volume/margin recovery and timeline on achieving $550 mln in quarterly revenue/positive free cash flow
** Adds that pricing is also a concern in Europe as Chinese competitors remain aggressive to take share
** Expects SEDG to be more aggressive on pricing in Europe to work down inventory and make room for new products coming in the second half of 2025
** 4 of 35 brokerages rate the stock "buy", 25 "hold" and 6 "sell" or lower; their median PT is $23.50 - LSEG data
** Up till last close, stock is down 81.51% YTD
