** Aerospace co expected to post adj loss/shr of $10.52, compared with yr-ago qtr's $3.26 loss/sh, on rev of $17.82 bln, a 1.6% y/y decrease, according to LSEG
** BA has beaten analyst bottom line estimates three times over the last eight qtrs per LSEG
** On Oct 21, co's shares rose 3.1% after it proposed a new labor contract which includes a 35% pay hike in hopes of ending a costly, 5-week strike involving 33,000 workers
** On Oct 15, BA announced plans to raise $25 bln through stock and debt offerings and a $10 bln credit agreement amid its production and regulatory crises
** On July 31, co named Kelly Ortberg as new CEO after the company posted a $1.4 bln loss and missed qtrly EPS, revenue consensus
** Of 30 analysts covering BA, 17 rate stock "buy" or stronger, 10 recommend "hold," 2 "sell" and 1 "strong sell" - LSEG
** Median 12-mo price target is $199.03, down about 11.1% from one month ago
